Deductible amounts are estimates. They are the amount paid above the fair market value of goods and services received, calculated on a per-guest dinner value of $553, plus the retail value of any additional benefits included in the tier. The individual ticket is not tax deductible, because its price does not exceed that value. Your acknowledgment letter will state the exact figure.
